Product requirements playbook

Map the problem before you automate

This page will house our full PRD template—the framework we use with clients to turn loose ideas into scoped automation projects. Swap the copy with the finished artefact once it’s ready.

  • Problem framing, success metrics, and constraints.
  • Stakeholder matrix, systems inventory, and data quality checks.
  • Acceptance criteria, rollout plan, and measurement cadence.
Book a discovery sprint

Coming soon

We’re packaging the exact worksheets we use when scoping sprint work: inputs, workshop agendas, and example outputs. Drop your email during the discovery call if you’d like early access.

Draft outline

1. Context and ambition

Define the business backdrop, the problem statements, and the metrics we’ll move. Replace this with the final narrative blocks.

2. Process walkthrough

Document the current workflow, pain points, systems, and manual decisions. This is where screenshots, swimlanes, and data lineage will sit.

3. Solution concepts

Capture candidate automations, guardrails, and handover plans. Use this section to align engineering, ops, and leadership on scope.

4. Delivery plan

Lay out sprint phases, owners, risks, and success measurement. Include your readiness checklist and change-management steps here.

Want the finished template?

We’ll email the polished PRD pack as soon as it’s ready. In the meantime, we can walk you through the structure on a call and tailor it to your workflow.
